2012- 7 pregnancies so far (with one set of twins) with IUI, IVF or naturally get pregnant by just balancing hormone level.

2011 - 44 positive pregnancy in 2011 ! Yes, I have made 44 women pregnant out of 53 !!!!!! We will welcome to have 3 sets of twins. 45 new patients plus 9 patients from the previous year.
Currently, I have 10 patients are on the process or IUI/IVF or trying to conceive naturally in 2012. Acupuncture works, everyone :)

2010 - I had 41 new patients (I did not count patients came to see me less than 3 times) this year and 32 patients became pregnant !! (two sets of twins and one triplets). The rest of 9

In Oriental Medicine, we consider infertility (like many other physical ailments) to be caused by an imbalance in one or more of the 12 meridians that conduct energy throughout the body. By helping to remove blockages to
an individual’s energy channels and to restore balance, acupuncture offers an effective treatment for infertility.
The specific causes for infertility vary from patient to patient, so the treatments will also vary by individual. Some patients may benefit from acupuncture treatments alone; some patients should focus on stress reduction
first; some need to work on their gynecological problems first; and others may benefit from using Chinese herbal medicine or other nutritional supplements with the acupuncture treatments.
My fertility treatments incorporate fertility awareness and practical tips with oriental medicine. I will help you identify your individual fertility signals and the peak times each month that you should try to get pregnant. I will also
help you understand how to incorporate changes to your diet (Chinese Nutrition Therapy), exercise regimen, and lifestyle to improve your fertility and keep the pregnancy.

IVF & Acupuncture :
More and more infertility patients are aware of the benefit of combining Western and Oriental Medicine to achieve their goal. Patients can combine acupuncture treatments with treatments such as intra-uterine
insemination (IUI) and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to enhance the success of fertility. I recommend that IVF patients start their acupuncture treatments at least one month before their scheduled IVF cycle.
The first treatment day, I let my patients know that I will make myself available for the day of their egg-retrieval and embryo-transfer procedures, even if those procedures are scheduled for days that I would otherwise not be
in the office. I realize that patients may not even know the day or time of the egg retrieval or embryo transfer until the night before. For embryo transfer, sometimes you do not know until the morning of the procedure
because it really depends on the maturity of embryo(s).

"A large number of patients who have tried IVF several times and were unsuccessful have soon become pregnant and were able to keep her pregnancy after the acupuncture treatment.

Working as a Team :
I work as a team with my patients and their partners to achieve the goals of fertility and healthy births. While I cannot guarantee pregnancy for any individual, a large portion of my practice is devoted to fertility. This portion of
my practice has grown as a result of word-of-mouth referrals from patients who have successfully become pregnant and achieved healthy births with the help of acupuncture treatments.
One of my patients had tried IUI six times and IVF twice before she sought help from Oriental Medicine. After she started her acupuncture treatments with me, she reported that the number of follicles, as well as their size
and health improved, and she is now pregnant. Another patient had also tried IUI six times and IVF twice; in addition to her own gynecological issues, her husband’s sperm count was very low. I treated both this woman
and her husband once a week for three months before their third IVF treatment, and they are now the very proud and happy parents of twins.
Especially, if you were diagnosed as "unexplained infertility" or you got very healthy follicle growth and got a good numbers of high grade embryos but your IUI and IVF failed, I highly suggest getting acupuncture treatment
with IUI /IVF.

Fertility Awareness Issues :
The following is the sample of questions I will ask you on the first visit (whether you are planning to get pregnant naturally or through IUI / IVF):
1. What is the length of your menstrual cycle for the last three months?
2. Do you experience spotting before or after the period? If you do, for how many days do you spot ?
3. What is your color of blood when you menstruate? Dark red to purplish or red? Do you pass clots ? If you do, how big are they (dime size, quarter size) ?
4. Do you suffer from PMS symptoms? If you do, what kinds of symptoms (one sided migraine headache behind the eyebrow, dull achy low back pain etc... specific)
5. Do you have a cramp on the left lower abdominal area on your 1st day of period?
6. Do you have any gynecological problems or have you had any procedures done previously ?
7. Have you had a gynecological examination recently?
8. How long have you been trying to conceive?
9. Are you aware of when you are ovulating? Do you have any signs of ovulation?
10. Are you aware of your cervical mucus and the quality (thick, stretchy, watery or dry) before ovulate ?
11. Do you notice your cervical mucus secretion a couple of days before the ovulation?
12. Do you keep a Basal Body Temperature (BBT) chart ?
13. Does your partner have any infertility issues?
14. Were you on birth control pills for many years?
15. Do you have PCOS? (if you do, taking 3,000 mg of saw palmetto will be good supplement to take)
16. Do you notice your feet are always cold even in summer time?
17. Do you wear a pair of socks when you sleep?
18. What kind of (and how much) exercise do you do?
19. Do you suffer from migraine headache or pain behind eye or eyebrow ?
20. Do you feel often tired and strong desire to take a nap ?
21. Do you have strong craving for sugar and / or salt ?
22. Do you often have a pain between the scapula (shoulder wing) and spine on one side ?
23. Do you often wake up between 1-3 am and not able to go back to sleep ?
24. Do you have dark circles around or under your eyes and it is getting darker ?
25. Is your energy lower after a meal ?
26. Do you bruise easily ?
27. Have you been diagnosed with low blood pressure ?
28. Are you often sick, or do you have any allergies ?
29. Are you prone to getting chapped lips ?
30. Are your fingernail and toenails brittle and ridged (vertical lines) ?
31. Do you have a difficulty driving at night ?
32. What kind of supplements do you take (prenatal, vitamin C, B complex, D, magnesium, wheatgrass)?
33. Do you like to eat dairy products - cheese, yogurt, milk, ice cream ?
34. Do you like to eat dark leafy green vegetables (kales, collard green, swiss chard, broccoli) ?
35. Do you think lemon belongs to alkaline food or acidic food ? Please check this chart--> left side (alkaline) of the chart or right side of the chart (acidic) side?
Infertility treatment in oriental medicine 101: "My feet are always cold" is something you should not be proud of. This is one of the deficiency (hormone is not in balance) sign of infertility in oriental medicine. Liver, kidney
and spleen meridian all start from the foot and go upward passing inner side of ankle and inner side of knee and thigh to groins and reach uterus, ovaries and testicles. Poor blood circulation in your feet will not send
enough blood flow to reproductive organs. If you answer "Yes" to 16&17, I suggest you might start wearing double socks or "The North Face Women's NSE Tent Bootie II" when you are at home. Also, take an epsom salt
foot bath (pour 2 cups of epsom salt -magnesium sulfate into a small bucket 1/2 filled with warm water. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes before you go to bed). This will increase the blood flow while you are sleeping and
off course you will feel warm and comfy.

Each infertility cases is uniquely different and challenging. I want you to know that treating infertility, especially with IUI/IVF, I am required to know both sides of the treatment protocol - oriental medicine and western
medicine. It feels like an emotional roller coaster for the patients and myself with every cycle. I am very happy to work with you and even be available to you at times outside the usual work day. However, I hope that you can
also be committed to following the treatment schedule as for the best results you have to follow the treatment plan.

Low Ovarian Reserve:
I have patients from the mid 20s to the mid 40s, but the most of my patients are the age of 39 to 42 and some women in this age group are diagnosed as having "poor ovarian reserve" and many of them are poor
responders to stimulation drugs. Acupuncture treatment will be very beneficial for these women as long as they are able to commit to come for their treatments. This requires a lot of patience. I have been getting more and
more inquiries from women who live out of state recently. I recommend you find the right acupuncturist (and herbalist would be big plus) and stick with them for 4-5 months. If your acupuncturist would like to talk to me,
please ask them to email me. I will gladly respond to them in order for you to get pregnant sooner.
Let's me share the story of Amy who is going to write her testimonial soon. She has a four year old daughter and wants to have another one but had no luck even with IVF treatment. Her doctor gave her the highest dosage
of stimulation drugs with the patch protocol (Estrogen Priming Protocol-aggressive form of an IVF Antagonist protocol used for poor responders - often women with high FSH are required to get stimulated for a longer
period of time) for her last IVF but failed. Her insurance was maxed out. Her doctor told her that her only way to conceive her child is donor egg option.
She went to four initial consultations at other leading fertility clinics in the greater Boston area but all four doctors said the same because her numbers were off the chart. So, here's where our journey started. She came to
see me twice per week. She was not obese but a bit on the heavier side. She lost 20 lb and on the fourth cycle, she got pregnant. Her body is making enough progesterone so that she was not required to take
progesterone suppository, gel or shot. Her early risk assessment test was normal. Amy is 20 weeks pregnant and doing very well. Primordial follicle to mature into antral follicle and get ovulated required 140 days plus. If
your eggs are not high quality/quantity, chances are it will require 140 days (4-5 months) for this to improve. A lot of my patients will get pregnant with IUI and IVF but these are not always the only option for you to get
pregnant. Acupuncture, herbal formulas, proper supplements, and balanced lifestyle will surprise you in a few months if you are diagnosed as a "poor responder" !

I started going to Tamie after I had been trying to get pregnant for about 11 months. I was 38 years old I had been seeing a reproductive endocrinologist for 4 months and had been through the clomid challenge, a couple
months of clomid with timed intercourse, and then an IUI, all of which did not work. My doctor had suggested that my next step should be IVF. Upon hearing this, I decided I wanted to start acupuncture to help out with the

on the acupuncture to get me ready for the next try. During this time I saw Tamie twice a week. At the end of my 2nd month off I was anxious to get my period so I could start the next IVF. Normally I am very regular but for
some reason that month I was late. I decided to take a home pregnancy test just to check and sure enough it was positive!! To say the least my husband and I were thrilled yet a bit surprised. We had had a fairly difficult
time up to this point with no luck from fertility treatments and to think we got pregnant naturally! That was about 8 months ago and now I am 38 ½ weeks pregnant with a baby girl! I have continued to see Tamie

I had my first child, Tess, via IVF at the age of 41. It took a myeomectomy and two failed IVF cycles before we conceived, and after we had Tess, decided to try again right away. Between March and October of last year, we
had 5 failed IVF attempts. After the first cycle, I started acupuncture with Tamie. Tamie was very invested in my care and worked closely with me to match her treatments to my IVF cycles. She explained to me “Timing of
Folliculogenesis” which is if the quality of follicles are poor, it takes at least 150 days for primordial follicle to become antral follicle and ready to pop out at the ovulation. Tamie said sometimes it takes 9-12 months to get
the follicle quality to improve. She believes that is the main reason I have not conceived yet. I went to sessions with Tamie regularly, and followed all of her instructions. Her expertise is broad and deep and her work has
helped many other "older" moms like me. After the many failed cycles, I had four consultations with four top fertility doctors who all expressed that donor egg was my only option so that I decided to take a break from

I met Tamie via my fertility Clinic (RSC) right after our first doctor visit there (Sept. 2011). I was convinced I was going to combine acupuncture along with IVF. I had researched enough and was ready to go for it. I was
always in favour of alternative medicine and my gut told me that Tamie would be the right person to help me on this adventurous trip towards motherhood. I started with Tamie right away, 3 months before the egg retrieval

I began seeing Tamie after a failed IUI that resulted in an ectopic pregnancy and a failed IVF. The process of infertility treatments is overwhelming and all consuming. I would search hours on the internet for information,

When I first started going to Tamie, it was about a month before my 40th birthday, and I had two failed IUIs and three failed IVFs behind me. My doctor gave me the approval to do one more IVF, but told me that she did not
have high hopes due to my low egg output and a family history of early menopause at 40. She also told me insurance would probably not cover any treatments after age 40, and was able to schedule my IVF literally days

I started going to Tamie in January of 2011. I had already been through numerous unsuccessful IVF cycles and was feeling quite down. I decided I needed some way to unwind from the stress of my fertility journey, both

I have severe endometriosis and had been bothered by the recurring ovarian cysts for a few years. At the beginning my husband and I were aware of the potential infertility, but we decided to give a try for natural conceive
with a positive attitude. Unfortunately after couple of years’ attempt, a 10cm chocolate cyst grew back on my right ovary. I had to go through my second laparoscopy in summer 2010. After the surgery I was informed by my
OB that my pelvic condition is pretty bad due to the scar tissues and the chance of getting pregnant naturally is quite slim. My first IVF turned to be surprising failure. Although there were 10 follicles observed from
ultrasound with a correlated E2 level before retrieval, there was only one egg eventually retrieved, no fertilization and ET was cancelled. Just after this ivf failure, I started seeing Tamie from mid November to seek
acupuncture treatment. I learned a lot from her about on how acupuncture helps decrease the stress level, regulate the menstruation, strengthen the ovarian function, improve blood flow and build uterine lining. I received
1-2 treatment per week for 6 weeks, while in the meantime I was having my second IVF treatment. For the second ivf, I had 7 eggs retrieved and 4 of them fertilized. Compared to the first ivf result, this was a big
improvement. Unfortunately none of the 4 embryos survived day 3 and the embryo transfer was cancelled again. I continued the acupuncture treatments with Tamie once a week and at the same time, we started
consulting at different fertility centers for second opinion on the endometriosis and ivf treatment. Back in February we decided to switch to a different clinic. While we were waiting for the approval from insurance company
for my third IVF treatment, I found I am pregnant naturally in a March morning– without shots and medicines- it is a miracle. Now I am almost 15 week pregnant.

I have used Tamie's acupuncture both times I have had IVF and have been really successful - I'm not sure what exactly worked, I just know that both times I went there I felt so relaxed and Tamie made me feel so
comfortable. I'm not too familiar how acupuncture works but I do know that it promotes the flow of energy through your body and nourishes the tissues, giving your body an awakening so to speak. The first time I went to
Tamie it was prior to the IVF procedure being performed. I only had found out about her clinic and decided to do a few sessions - my IVF was successful and I went on to give birth to a beautiful baby boy. My second time
with I went through IVF procedure I was having trouble growing the follicles, I didn't think about doing acupuncture but I started seeing Tamie's ad everywhere :) so I decided to go and hopefully get help with the growth of
my follicles. You need 3 follicles at a certain size or greater before the IVF procedure can be performed, I had one follicle that was racing ahead the others slower, the doctor kept monitoring it and tweaking my medication
etc. I then had two that were at the right size and the rest were again sluggish, I knew i was coming towards ovulation time - I decided to do the acupuncture - figuring it could only help - I went to meet with Tamie and
explained my situation, we did one session and then i went for my blood work and monitoring a day later and it was like a miracle - there were 7 follicles in total that had reached the correct size. I am now 4 months
pregnant with my second child. I really feel that the acupuncture sent new fresh nourishment around my body and helped give these follicles a growth spurt, I'm so thankful and if we go through IVF again - this will be top of
my list to do as part of my procedure.

I started to see Tamie after I was told from my doctor that there is nothing wrong with me and my husband. We had no luck getting pregnant after trying to conceive over two years. I thought I should give myself 6 months
with oriental medicine first before jump into infertility treatment with western medicine. I was told from Tamie that I need to change my diet, ate more steamed yams and leafy dark green vegetables, walk more often, wear
warm indoor shoes at home etc... Tamie gave me many useful suggestions. After 3 failed cycles, I had very unusual twitching in my lower abdomen a week before my next period. I could not believe when I saw the positive

When my daughter was one year old, my husband and I wanted to start trying for another baby. After 5 months of trying we were successful and became pregnant, unfortunately we lost the baby very early on in the 1st

I first started seeing Tamie for infertility in March 2010 based on a recommendation from a friend who had been seeing her. It took me a while to make the first appointment as I am afraid of needles and skeptical about
acupuncture in general. From my first visit on, Tamie made me feel comfortable and at ease around the needles. I was so surprised that the needles did not hurt and that I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. Right around
the same time, I received some test results back and my FSH came back slightly elevated at a 9.1. Tamie was so encouraging the whole time, convincing me that I would be able to get pregnant. As soon as I started
seeing her, I noticed changes in my monthly cycle. The injectible drugs that I used to have for 2-3 days stopped and I didn’t have as many or as severe PMS symptoms. During this time, I started undergoing fertility
treatments. I did a few cycles of Clomid and then 2 IUI’s with Clomid. Although none of those treatments worked, Tamie worked with the treatments and I felt good the whole time (no bad side effects) which I relate to the
acupuncture treatments.
I then decided to do an IUI with injectable drugs. This was to be my last treatment before moving on to IVF, something that I really did not want to do. Tamie worked hard during that cycle sometimes seeing me 2 times a
week. I went to see her about a week before my pregnancy test, and she said that something “felt” different. My body was really warm and my pulse was fast. At the end of that week, I got the best news ever…. I was
pregnant! When I saw Tamie she was as excited as I was! I am now 23 weeks pregnant and due in April. I never had any morning sickness which I attribute to my continued acupuncture treatments. I never would have
made it this far without Tamie and acupuncture. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and was my biggest cheerleader through the whole process! I am so grateful that I finally talked myself into doing acupuncture
and will continue going until this baby is here!

I am so grateful for the help and expertise Tamie provided while I underwent fertility treatments for PCOS. I sought her out after two failed rounds of Clomid and one failed IUI. During my first appointment, she took a
thorough history and explained the ways in which she could help me. Despite being a bit skeptical, I immediately began enjoying acupuncture. Tamie creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere and the treatments were never
painful. She also frequently offered small suggestions (be it regarding dietary changes or recommending funny movies to watch to relieve stress) that made me feel more in control during a time when I often felt so
helpless. Although my next two IUIs were also unsuccessful, Tamie helped my cycles become more regular and it was clear that my body was beginning to respond like it was supposed to. When it came time to try IVF,
Tamie was encouraging and optimistic, two things that I needed in a practitioner. She remained positive even after a subsequent miscarriage and poor response to my second IVF protocol. Although Tamie and I
discussed using herbal supplements, she never pushed them on me and let me come to my own decisions. I ultimately took her advice and began using Royal Jelly, which I attribute to improved egg quality during my third
(and successful) IVF cycle. I continued to see Tamie throughout my pregnancy and I know she helped me remain healthy and carry my baby to full term.
I always looked forward to my weekly treatments. Not only were they relaxing, but it was nice to have such a cheerleader in Tamie. She was also extremely accommodating, often opening up her home to me for early
morning or late evening sessions when necessary. This flexibility helped relieve so much anxiety when dealing with those unpredictable and uncontrollable fertility treatment schedules. We can't thank Tamie enough for
helping to bring our little boy into the world!

One of Tamie's specialties involves the treatment of infertility and while my wife and I conceived naturally, I decided to seek her help to induce my wife because we were worried that she may go beyond her due date.

After experiencing multiple early miscarriages, I was not able to conceive for about a year. I found Tamie’s Acupuncture online and started visiting. I was skeptical at first but I loved to talk to Tamie and her sincerity kept

My infertility Dr decided to do IUI -Intrauterine Insemination- however the success rate of IUI is very low so he was going to have me IVF if it doesn’t work…but it was successful at the first try!! I believe it was because my

Our Miracle !
In May 2009 I began to seek treatment from Tamie to augment the IVF treatments I was receiving. Shortly, I began to notice benefits beyond what I originally sought treatment for: my thinning hair began to come back, my

My wife and I tried 6 IUI's with donor sperm and were unsuccessful (at RSC). I had tried acupuncture with someone else during a few of the IUI cycles, but it didn't seem to help. I was feeling pretty discouraged and
worried about my age and my ability to get pregnant. RSC recommended that I try
working with Tamie at Japanese Acupuncture Clinic, so I did. When I saw Tamie, she said I would be a great candidate for IVF and that with acupuncture she thought I could be successful at getting pregnant. And, thank

Infertility is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. We all assume that after years of carefully using birth control, when we’re finally ready to get pregnant, we will. After my husband was diagnosed with severe
male factor infertility due to a surgery he had at age 3, we were told IVF was our only hope to have a biological child. I had high hopes that based on our ages (31 & 32) and me not having any problems, it would work
right away. Unfortunately, our first try did not work. After that, we looked into doing absolutely everything we could to help maximize our chances of success with our second try. I began seeing Tami weekly for acupuncture
treatment, and my husband came several times prior to the second IVF. I will never know exactly what made our second cycle work, but I did get more eggs retrieved than during the first try and I also believe I had fewer
side effects from the very powerful medications that are used to stimulate the ovaries leading up to egg retrieval. When I got a really bad cold the week before egg retrieval, Tamie sent some special herbal medications for
me and was very supportive throughout the process. Anyway, I am 10.5 weeks pregnant with what we’re hopeful with be our first child. All I can say is that if we end up doing IVF again in the future to have another child, I’ll
be seeing Tamie again for sure !

My husband and I have been trying for almost 2 years to get pregnant. We have a 4 year old daughter we conceived with no problem when I was 34 so we assumed everything would be just as easy the second time
around. 6 months ago we started going to a Reproductive Endocrinologist to help us get pregnant. I was diagnosed with high FSH/ Diminished Ovarian Reserve. I really didn't want to pursue IVF so the RE suggested I try
fertility injections with timed intercourse. We did 4 cycles of this with no luck so I decided to see Tamie and do acupuncture in addition to the fertility injections. Tamie also suggested taking royal jelly which I started

My husband and I had been going through over a year of different infertility treatments due to PCOS, including IVF, without any success. Before my next cycle, I decided to look into acupuncture. That’s when I found Tamie.

I came from a distance and was looking for someplace close to RSC. I found Tamie and she was wonderful! She was more then accommodating and compassionate! The acupuncture made me feel more at

I am 40 years old and recently married, my husband and I knew it would be a long road to get pregnant. After finding a large mass on my ovary in 2003, I had extensive abdominal surgery to remove the mass. I was told by
my doctor that I not only had Stage IV endometriosis but that it was the worst case she had ever seen. So, we started our fertility testing wondering what would be found and according to the tests my husband and I were
both very healthy. The fertility doctor could only point to the endometriosis as the cause of my infertility. Our only option was IVF. The doctor told us we only had a 25% chance of success with each IVF cycle. We accepted
the odds and started right away. We had two unsuccessful IVF cycles in the spring and summer 2009 and were running out of insurance money. We decided to do one last cycle of IVF and do everything we could to make
it successful. I quit my stressful job and also turned to Tamie for assistance. I visited Tamie every week for 6 weeks prior to beginning the third IVF cycle. I visited her before egg transfer and before and after embryo
transfer. In October 2009, I found out that I’m pregnant…not only with one baby but with two! TWINS! I NEVER thought it would be possible for me to get pregnant and here I am blessed with two babies inside me!
For those women who think it is too late for them or that their case is too bleak and dim, I hope that you read my story and find the courage to get treatments with Tamie and continue your journey. I am living proof that no

I have wanted children for many years, but having endometriosis caused my tubes to completely block. I was told after testing and procedures that IVF was my only option. My first IVF cycle failed and I was so sad. I started
researching acupuncture and learned that the success rate was higher for IVF if acupuncture was included. Desperate, I was willing to try anything. I started acupuncture before the next IVF cycle started, and continued it
throughout the entire cycle. I ended up transferring two embryos on day 2 which doesn't happen often. I thought my chances of becoming pregnant were even lower now that they were transferring on day 2, not to mention
that it was Thanksgiving 2009 and I did not think I would be able to receive acupuncture since it was a holiday. But I was wrong. Tamie graciously took me on and I received both pre- and post-transfer acupuncture, which I

Beside her acupuncture treatment and clean cute clinic in Japanese style, I really feel Tamie help me with her guides in every steps on my IVF procedures. Some people get pregnant in a blink of an eye, that what I see
from my sisters and friends. Not me, though!! I had 4 very early miscarriages and two fail IUI because my body reacted badly to clomid. I saw Tamie in the very beginning of my IVF procedures, in hope that my body
would react better to IVF drugs that I would take, which it did. I had very mild reaction to the IVF drugs. During the IVF procedures, Tamie advised me what fruits and food that should I eat or avoid; what I need to do during
eggs retrieval, during embryo transfers and during waiting period for the pregnancy test result.
The nice thing about her, she did not say a lot in advance, but she would tell me when the time came, so I didn't have to try to remember in advance while I had to focus on my IVF program and feel nervous about the
outcome. Probably because she already has so many experience dealing with infertility patients. Some of her advise about food/fruits, I have heard about it, but it is nice to be reminded because with a lot of things going
on it is easy to forget but I believe these things does not hurt to follow. And now I am 22 weeks pregnant. Thanks so much Tamie for all your help.

I started seeing Tamie in July of 2006. My three invitro had failed. I had a miscarriage twins at 23 weeks. I also had another miscarriage. After the last miscarriage, my doctor told me that my eggs were old and one of
my fallopian tube was blocked so that there was no chance of getting pregnant again and suggested me to adopt a baby. So I went to see Tamie when I was 39 years old and I asked her to help me have a baby naturally
(without any medications). It took Tamie and I until June of 2007 for me to get pregnant on my own. I turn 40 years old and delivered this beautiful healthy baby girl in February 2008. I could not have done it without Tamie's

Shortly after I turned 34, my husband and I decided to start a family. Within a few months, I was delighted to see a positive pregnancy test, and assumed I was one of the “lucky” women who gets pregnant quickly and has
an easy pregnancy. Unfortunately, 12 weeks into the pregnancy I miscarried. After nearly a year of unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant again, I found myself depressed and losing hope. We made an appointment to see

I will be forever grateful to Tamie for her dedication, commitment and sincere loyalty to me as a patient ,which helped me to get healthy, after the damaging affects of a miscarriage. It was not long ago that I recall sitting
behind this computer reading testimonials written by other Tamie patients and being so impressed with the results. Not particularly familiar with the practice, I was researching whether or not acupuncture was for me.
Tamie was referred to me by my OBGYN doctor following a very difficult miscarriage, in my third month of pregnancy, which took place in late August of 2009.
I have two beautiful children already. An 8 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter. When my daughter turned 4 in April of 09, I was 36. At this time husband and I decided we wanted to try for a third child. In June, I found out I was
pregnant. But by the end of August I suffered a very long drawn out miscarriage. One, that after a full month of blood loss, resulted in a D+C in late September. The results were devastating on my body; weight loss, hair

I started seeing Tamie at the same time when I began my infertility treatment in March 2008. I got pregnant in my second IVF but the reaction from IVF medication was overwhelming. I was hospitalized for a couple of times
due to the tremendous side effects of the medications and the invasive procedures. Eventually I had a miscarriage on week 16. Tamie helped me throughout the IVF process, recovery from the miscarriage and giving me

My dream come true !!!

Miracle !
In my 37 week of pregnancy, I found out my baby was breach. I knew it was too late to be turned, but I was determined to not have a C-section. I was confused and desperate and wanted my baby to turn by my next doctor
visit (in one week). After two treatments with Tamie, my baby had changed positions! It was amazing. Then I asked Tamie to do a "induced labor" treatment, and delivered a very healthy baby with an easy labor.

I have been seeing Tamie since Sept 2008 for treatment of my infertility diagnosis. I was initially nervous about getting acupuncture but after going over things with her during my first appointment, I felt very much at ease
and I now look forward to seeing her every week. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and is very pleasant to deal with. She goes above and beyond her call of duty and I feel very comfortable getting my
treatments from her. Tamie genuinely cares about her patients and works very hard to bring them relief from their ailment.
Since receiving acupuncture treatment, I have noticed changes in my FSH levels and AFC count. I don’t fully understand what has contributed to the better results…maybe its being relaxed, maybe acupuncture helped, or
maybe it’s a combination of both. Whatever the reasons, I am thrilled to see an improvement in my case. Another thing that I noticed is my BBT chart looks very “normal” after receiving acupuncture treatments. Meaning,

Originally, I went to see Tamie because of a sudden outbreak of hives on my thigh. After Tamie treated me for the hives and they disappeared (as if they had never been there), I mentioned to her that I was having difficulty
conceiving a baby. Tamie then started to treat me for infertility once a week. She explained, based on Oriental Medicine, why I was not getting pregnant. For example, I learned that my body temperature is lower than
